The correctness of the resolution of labor disputes has not only legal, but also social significance, as it indirectly affects the formation and stability of labor and legal relations in society.

With the adoption of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the procedure for resolving labor disputes has changed significantly, since the mandatory stage was the consideration of disagreements by the conciliation commission. The Conciliation Commission is a permanent body established in the organization, its branches and representative offices on a parity basis from an equal number of representatives from the employer and employees.

The Qualification Commission of the Republican Center for Advanced Training and Retraining conducts scheduled training events for managers and members of conciliation commissions. Upon completion, our company received a certificate of the established sample and methodological manuals for practical use.
